How to install Purple Task To do App on Ubuntu

Purple Task is a free and open source simple Task management application for Linux. It is Flutter based good looking offline app. This is still in early stage and limited features. Purple Task stores your data in your system and you don’t need any internet connection to use this app. You can arrange your tasks in categories. You need to mark each task as completed manually. Currently it does not support due date and sync feature. It is released under MIT license.

Install Purple Task on Ubuntu

Purple Task is available as a snap package for Ubuntu. Open your terminal and run the below command to install it.

sudo snap install purple-task

Enter your Ubuntu user password if needed. After the installation of Purple Task, run this command to open it.
