How to install VokoScreen on Ubuntu – Vokoscreen Screen Recorder

Vokoscreen is simple to use screen recorder for Linux. Using this you can record your desktop screen for with audio for your videos. You can save videos in mkv, mp4 and gif formats and adjust video frame rates. The main features are record video in fullscreen, windows and selected area. It supports webcam, countdown timer, magnification, showkey and showclick and a option to include and exclude your mouse cursor.

Install VokoScreen on Ubuntu:

VokoScreen is available via official Ubuntu repository. You can install Vokoscreen Screen Recorder via terminal or via Ubuntu software. Open your terminal app in Ubuntu. Type the below command and press the enter key.

sudo apt update

Then type your Ubuntu password and execute the below command in terminal. It will install the latest version Vokoscreen Screen Recorder on your system.

sudo apt install vokoscreen

During the Vokoscreen Screen Recorder installation press the Y key and then the enter key to confirm the installation of Vokoscreen Screen Recorder. After the installation of Vokoscreen Screen Recorder, click the show applications in the Ubuntu Gnome dock and type Vokoscreen in the search box and click Vokoscreen to open it. For Unity you can search Vokoscreen from Ubuntu dash.

If you want to install Vokoscreen screencasting software via Ubuntu software, just open Ubuntu software via Ubuntu Gnome dock. And type VokoScreen on Ubuntu software search box. Select Vokoscreen and install via Install button.
