Pixelitor is a free and open source image editor for Linux, Windows and MacOS. It is a powerful and advanced image editor. it comes with layers, layer masks and text layers support. This image filter rich app has more than 110 image filters and color adjustments options. Some other important features are blending modes, unsharp masking, histograms, clone stamp, smudge, pen tool, rotate, crop, multiple undo, Gaussian blurring and more.
