Abiword is a free and open source lightweight word processor for Linux. You can use abiword as alternative to Libre Office. But it uses very less resources than Libre Office. It supports OpenOffice documents, Microsoft Word documents, WordPerfect documents, Rich Text Format documents, HTML and more. Some other useful features are Mail Merge, command line support, spelling checker and Plugin support to extend its features. It is released under GNU General Public License.

Sonic Robo Blast 2 Kart is a free and open source kart racing game for Linux, Windows and MacOS. The game characters and items are based on Sonic themed. The game is also called as SRB2Kart. It comes with more than 100 maps. The game comes in two modes Race mode and a Battle mode. Some other features are sliptide, the Drop Dash and the ability to skip on water up to two times. You can play Single Player game as Time Attack mode and Multiplayer with local players and online through LAN or Internet. It supports 16 player in Multiplayer via internet.

Hide Mounted Disk Partitions & USB from Desktop & Dock in Ubuntu

In Ubuntu the Disk Partition, other system volume and removable USB device icons will appear on the Ubuntu left dock and the desktop. If you don’t like this feature you can easily hide the icons of mounted disk partition, system volume and removable devices from Ubuntu Dock and Desktop in Ubuntu.

Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS Second Point Release

Canonical has released Ubuntu 20.04.2 long-term support and now it is available to download. Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS is the second point release in the Ubuntu 20.04 LTS series. And the third point release Ubuntu 20.04.3 will roll out in the summer after Ubuntu 21.04 release. LTS will provide five years free security and maintenance updates until April 2025.
