Dosage is a free and open source medication tracking application for Linux. Using Dosage, you can add, edit and manage your treatment details easily. It is still in early development. It comes with medication reminders notification, view all medication history in detail, add multiple doses with different times and set every day, specific days, cycle or any frequency modes, medicine inventory tracking and set treatment start and end dates.
How to Install Dosage on Ubuntu
Dosage treatment tracking app is available as a flatpak package file from the remote flathub repository. First you need to install flatpak and flathub on your system using below commands and restart it after the installation. Open the terminal application (ctrl+alt+t) and run below commands to install it.
sudo apt install flatpak
flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo
After the restart, run below Dosage software flatpak install command. It will install the latest version of Dosage app on your system.
flatpak install flathub io.github.diegopvlk.Dosage
You can open Dosage using below command or via the Shows Apps Ubuntu dock menu.
flatpak run io.github.diegopvlk.Dosage
And also uninstall it using below commands.
flatpak uninstall io.github.diegopvlk.Dosage
