According to NBC, Neil Armstrong has died at 82. Armstrong died following complications from heart-bypass surgery he underwent earlier this month. Neil Armstrong was born on August 5, 1930 in Wapakoneta, Ohio, to Stephen Koenig Armstrong and Viola Louise Engel. He was the first person to walk on the Moon.
