Vivaldi Technologies announced the first technical preview of the long awaited integrated Vivaldi Mail client, Vivaldi Feed Reader and Vivaldi Calendar features. Now you can access Vivaldi Mail, Vivaldi Feed Reader and Vivaldi Calendar with in your favorite Vivaldi web browser. These three feature are included in the latest Vivaldi web browser snapshot. You can enable these new Vivaldi Mail, Vivaldi Feed Reader and Vivaldi calendar via the Vivaldi experiments flag.

Vivaldi Android Beta now available for download

Vivaldi launches Android version of popular vilaldi browser. Vivaldi android is currently in beta stage. In this first release it comes with including end-to-end encrypted Sync, custom Speed Dials, creating Notes, Capture a full length screenshot of any website, private browsing, search engines switching, Bookmarks manager, Recently closed tabs, Reader Mode, Clone tab and Downloads manager.

Vivaldi released the latest Snapshot version of Vivaldi browser, which ships with the Sync functionality.

Vivaldi browser 1.8 final stable released

Vivaldi 1.8 stable is now available for download. Now lets find What’s new in this release?. The main feature of this version is redesigned history page. Now Vivaldi history page will show the traditional list of pages you visited with monthly, weekly and daily overviews. Vivaldi adds new graphs and a color-coded heat map overlay on the history page. It will show your online activity and key browsing trends. Now you can search search with a specified date range in the history page. It searches in context now. This new history page now added in your Vivaldi Side Panel. All history related data is stored in your local computer only.

Vivaldi browser stable version 1.7 ships with a new feature called Capture page. Using this feature you can take screenshot of a full page or a selection of a web page. Vivaldi 1.5 stable is now available for download. Vivaldi is a browser from opera Software co-founder and former CEO Jon Stephenson von Tetzchneris. Vivaldi is based on chromium engine.

What’s new in this release?

Vivaldi now supports Philips Hue color lights. Now you can change the color of the lights based on the color scheme of the websites you visit in the browser.To enable Philips Hue in your vivaldi settings page go to Themes and enable Philips Hue theme integration and connect the Philips Hue Bridge confirms the connection.

How to solve vivaldi flickering screen in ubuntu or any other linux

Vivaldi is a new modern web browser from Vivaldi Technologies, a company founded by former co-founder and CEO of Opera, Jon Stephenson von Tetzchner. It is available for windows, mac and linux OS. You can download it from vivaldi download page.

It will work mostly well with windows but it will cause some flickering or flashing screen problem in ubuntu and some other linux distributions. For example if you play any youtube video on vivaldi browser it will happen. Mainly the flickering depends on you GPU driver.

Vivaldi browser 1.3 stable ships with the brand new options to create and customize vivaldi themes directly in the browser.

Create new Vivaldi UI theme in Vivaldi Browser:

Update your vivaldi browser to the latest version, that is vivaldi 1.3 and later.

Click the vivaldi menu and go to Tools->Settings. It will open the settings window. Then select the Themes option in the settings window.
