Lokalize is a free and open source localization software for Linux and Windows. Using this software you can translate OpenDocument files (*.odt). It is based on Translate-Toolkit to start translation from .odt to .xliff files and to merge translation back into .odt file. It is released under open source GPL v2+ license .
