NTag is a free and open source audio file tag editor for Linux and Windows. Using NTag you can view and edit tags in any audio files. It supports MP3, MP4,M4A, M4B, FLAC, OGG and WMA audio file formats. You can use ID3v1.1, ID3v2.3, ID3v2.4, MP4, ASF and Vorbis Comment tag formats to edit. Some other important features are batch editing, rename files based on the tag and Filter files by missing data.

MusicBrainz Picard uses AcoustID audio fingerprints to be identify audio files. It supports music CD lookup and plugins. Using plugins you can extend its feature.
