GNOME Firmware is available as a flatpak package file from flathub. First install flatpak and flathub on your system and restart your system after the flatpak and flathub installation.

Now open the terminal app and run below GNOME Firmware flatpak install command.
flatpak install flathub org.gnome.Firmware
It will install the latest version of GNOME Firmware on your system. After the installation you can open it using this command.
flatpak run org.gnome.Firmware
And uninstall GNOME Firmware using this command.
sudo flatpak uninstall org.gnome.Firmware
