Huma Web Browser is a free and open source Firefox based web browser for Windows and Linux. It comes with vertical tabs, offline static web pages support, Work Spaces support, lots of privacy focused default settings and customizable UI and many more. It is still in early stage of development.
How to Install Huma Browser on Ubuntu
Download the latest Huma Browser in portable .AppImage file format from the above download link and save it on your Downloads folder. In the terminal app (ctrl+alt+t) run below commands one by one.
Note: Here “Huma-x86_64.AppImage” is the downloaded file name.
cd Downloads
sudo chmod +x ~ Huma-x86_64.AppImage
./Huma-x86_64.AppImage
Install Huma Browser via Flatpak:
You can also install Huma browser via below flatpak install command on your terminal.
flatpak install flathub com.humatarayici.od
And open it using below command.
flatpak run com.humatarayici.od
Note: If you don’t have then install flatpak and flathub on your system first and restart your system.
