Artikulate is a free and open source Pronunciation application for Linux. Using Artikulate, you can improve and perfectly learn pronunciation skills of a foreign language. It comes with courses with native speaker recordings. Just download these courses for your language and selects a category of phrases to train. Then record yours and compare these two and try to improve it.
Install Artikulate on Ubuntu
Artikulate is available as a snap package file. Open the terminal application and run below command. You can open it using ctrl+alt+t keys or via Show Apps menu.
sudo snap install artikulate
It will install the latest version of Artikulate on your Ubuntu Linux system. After the successful installation of Artikulate, you can open it using below command.
artikulate
You can also open it using the Show Apps application menu.
