Aliza MS is a free and open source DICOM Viewer software for Linux, Windows and MacOS. Using this app you can view in DICOM metadata in 2D and 3D Views. It comes with MR Spectroscopy support, De-identify DICOM, Ultrasound support, Grayscale Softcopy Presentation, Parametric Map, Supplemental Palette Color Lookup and Elscint ELSCINT1 PMSCT_RLE1 and PMSCT_RGB1 support.
It also comes with DICOMDIR directory scanner and United Imaging Healthcare (UIH) Grid, VFrame format and Siemens Mosaic format support. You will also get structured detail report in Aliza MS. It is released under GNU General Public License v3.0.
Install Aliza MS on Ubuntu Linux
Aliza MS is available as a flatpak package file from flathub. Install flatpak and flathub on your system and restart it. Now in terminal application (ctrl+alt+t) run below Aliza MS flatpak installation command.
flatpak install flathub com.github.AlizaMedicalImaging.AlizaMS
It will install the latest version of Aliza MS DICOM Viewer on your system. Now run below flatpak command to start Aliza MS. You can also open it via the applications menu.
flatpak run com.github.AlizaMedicalImaging.AlizaMS
You can also uninstall it via below command.
sudo flatpak uninstall com.github.AlizaMedicalImaging.AlizaMS
