Trigger Rally Racing Game – How to install Trigger Rally on Ubuntu

Trigger Rally is a free and open source fast paced racing game for Linux and Windows. It is released under GNU General Public License version 2.0. It comes with more than 200 good maps and you can also download additional and extra maps as plugins. It is a single player racing game. In each race you need to beat the time limit and it will unlock next events. It also comes with many different terrain materials like dirt, asphalt, sand, ice etc. and various weather, light and fog conditions. The spoken co-driver notes and co-driver icons also available for some maps.

Install Trigger Rally on Ubuntu

Trigger Rally is available as a snap package on Ubuntu. You can easily install it via your terminal app. Open your terminal software . You can open it via pressing ctrl+alt+t togather. And run this Trigger Rally snap installation command.

sudo snap install trigger-rally-ogra

If needed enter your Ubuntu user password to confirm it. You can open it via searching from your application list or by below command in terminal.

trigger-rally-ogra

It is also available in Ubuntu Universe repository. It you not prefer the snap, then you can also install it via below command.

sudo apt update
sudo apt install trigger-rally
