Microsoft has released Windows 10 Technical Preview build 9879.

What’s new in this build?

now hide the Search or Task View buttons on the taskbar.
new updated minimize and restore animations.
replaced the 3 dots in the Window chrome for modern apps with a “hamburger-style” icon.
now use Snap Assist when snapping apps across multiple monitors.
new 3 finger gestures for precision touchpads.
OneDrive will use selective sync.
IE’s new Edge rendering engine.
New IE feedback tool smiley face icon.
Native MKV support.

Microsoft Devices has announced the Lumia 535 and Lumia 535 Dual SIM Windows Phone 8.1 smartphones under Microsoft Lumia brand.It come in cyan, bright green, bright orange, white, dark grey and black and are priced at US$135.

Microsoft releases Xim, a photo sharing app

Microsoft released XIM photo sharing app for android,ios and windows phone.

Main features:

everyone can see the images on their own device
swipe and zoom together, so everyone stays in sync automatically
Only one person needs to have Xim installed in order for everyone to participate
Invite people from your phone’s contact list, via email or via phone number
Choose photos from your camera roll, Instagram, Facebook, Dropbox, or OneDrive
Xims only stick around for a little
Long press on a photo you like for additional options such as save photo

Microsoft Announces Windows 10

Microsoft officially announced the next version of Windows, it’s Windows 10 and not Windows 9. The final version of windows 10  won’t be available until the middle of 2015.

Windows 10 highlights:
