Yahoo is shutting down some Yahoo Messenger Features

Yahoo has announced on their blog that yahoo messenger will lose some important features starting December 14th.

The features are

The Yahoo! Messenger Public Chat Rooms will close.
Pingbox will no longer be available on Yahoo! Messenger.
Yahoo! Messenger will no longer be interoperable with Microsoft Windows Live Messenger
Yahoo will no longer offer Yahoo! Voice Phone In and Phone Out capabilities from jan 30,2013.
From today, users can no longer add new funds to their accounts.
users who currently have a balance in their accounts will receive emailed instructions in December from Jajah on how to request a refund.

Microsoft has announced TouchDevelop,a web based windows 8 app creator. TouchDevelop Web App is a development environment to create apps on your tablet or smartphone, without requiring a separate PC. Scripts written by using TouchDevelop can access data, media, and sensors on the phone, tablet, and PC.
To use just sign in via your Windows Live, Facebook, or Google account.

YouTube adds 6 more languages to automatic caption support

Google now adds 6 more languages to its automatic caption support .The languages are German, Italian, French, Portuguese, Russian, and Dutch. youtube automatic caption feature currently suppots a total of 10 languages including English,Japanese, Korean, and Spanish.
