Money is a free and open source personal finance manager application for Linux. It comes with a multiple opening at a time, light and dark theme support, you can import data from the CSV file and also export to CSV file, option to repeated income or expense transactions and option to change the currency symbol. It is a simple and easy to use application. It is released under GNU General Public License v3.0.
Install Money on Ubuntu Linux
Money is available as a flatpak package file from the flathub repository. You need to install the latest version of flatpak and flathub on your system . If you don’t have then install it using the below link and restart your system after the installation.
How to install flatpak on Ubuntu
In the terminal ctrl+alt+t app run below flatpak command to install Money personal finance manager.
flatpak install flathub org.nickvision.money
After that you can open it using this flatpak command.
flatpak run org.nickvision.money
And uninstall it using
sudo flatpak uninstall org.nickvision.money
