Maurborgne 2FA OTP Code Generator Application

Maurborgne is a free and open source Two-Factor Authentication OTP code generator application for Linux. It is written in vala and released under GNU General Public License v3.0. It generate HOTP and TOTP codes like authentication applications and stores the data securely local using libsecret without ant network connection.

How to Install Maurborgne on Ubuntu Linux

Maurborgne is available as a flatpak package file from the remote flathub. If you don’t have then install flatpak and flathub on your system and restart it after the installation.

Open the terminal application using the ctrl+alt+t keys and run below Maurborgne flatpak installation command. It will install the latest version of Maurborgne on your system.

flatpak install flathub io.github.jhaygood86.mauborgne

After the installation you can open Maurborgne using below flatpak command.

flatpak run io.github.jhaygood86.mauborgne

And uninstall Maurborgne using this command.

sudo flatpak uninstall io.github.jhaygood86.mauborgne
