JASP is a free and open source statistical software for Windows, linux and macOS. It comes with standard analysis procedures in both their classical and Bayesian form. Using this tool you can copy-paste the APA-formatted tables in your word file. It supports frequentist and Bayesian analysis methods. Some other features are annotate the output, input adjustment and option to select old output revives the associated input choices for inspection and adjustment.
Install JASP on Ubuntu Linux
JASP is avilable as a flatpak package file from flathub. If you don’t have, then install the latest version of flatpak and flathub on your system and restart it after the installation.
Start the terminal command-line application (ctrl+alt+t) and run below JASP flatpak installation command. It will install the latest version of JASP.
flatpak install flathub org.jaspstats.JASP
You can run JASP app using this command.
flatpak run org.jaspstats.JASP
And uninstall JASP using
sudo flatpak uninstall org.jaspstats.JASP
