Some themes require you to enter your FeedBurner ID to integrate email subscription link. The old feedburner ID used to be a numeric sequence but after the Google’s acquisition of Feedburner, the ID is your feed name.
Example:
If http://feeds.feedburner.com/Connectwwwcom is your feed url then Connectwwwcom is your feedburner id.
