Note:Before you create an account, you should create a package
1.Login to WHM and go to Account Functions and click Create a New Account.
2.Fill out all the required information in Domain Information.
3.Then chooset a package,theme and locale using the drop-down menu.
4.Click create to create a new user in WHM.
