Please create a restore points before any changes.
1.Open Registry Editor. To open registry editor, Click Start and Run and type “regedit” press
enter.
2.Find following:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Microsoft -> Windows -> CurrentVersion -> Explorer
3.Right click in the right side of the window and create a new Key and name “DriveIcons”
4.Under DriveIcons create a new Key with the drive letter(C or D)
5.Within drive letter create a new key and name “DefaultIcon”.
6.Give the default value , the icon you want to use.
7.example : c:\name.icon
8.Close editor and restart your computer.
