Using this app you can track a large number of satellites and display their position and other data in lists, tables, maps, and polar plots. Not only tracking you can also predict the time of future passes for a satellite. You can update all satellite and transponder data easily via the build-in network updater.
How to Install Gpredict on Ubuntu linux
Gpredict is available as a flatpak package file from flathub. First you need to install flatpak and flathub using below link.
Restart your system after the flatpak installation. then open the terminal application and run below Gpredict flatpak install command.
flatpak install flathub net.oz9aec.Gpredict
After that you can open it via below flatpak command.
flatpak run net.oz9aec.Gpredict
And uninstall Gpredict satellite tracking app using this command.
sudo flatpak uninstall net.oz9aec.Gpredict
