Extract the EXIF meta Data from Photos with EXIFextracter

EXIFextracter is a free and simple EXIF (Exchangeable Image File Format) meta Data extractor for Windows. Using this simple and easy to use tool, you can extract EXIF meta data information from images and store the extracted meta data in a CSV file. Every image or photo taken by a digital camera or phone stores some amount of metadata to your photo. Example: date, time, camera model, GPS and copyright information etc. You can also add metadata to you image via photo editing software.

You can download EXIFextracter as a windows installer. The downloaded file size is less the 4MB. It supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10.

How to use EXIFextracter

After the installation open the BR’s EXIFextracter. Here the UI is simple and neat. Just select which directory to scan for images, name the output CSV file and which fields of the EXIF you want to extract. You can also add column headings and full file path in your CSV file. It also comes with setup button to change the preferences Date format. And finally click the Extract button.
