Elza Browser is a free and open source minimal and secure web browser for Linux, Windows and MacOS. It comes with always Incognito 24/7 mode, built-in Onion Routing integration, sand boxed, build-in ad and trackers blocker. It’s user interface is very minimal and very fast. It is based on electron and released under GNU General Public License v3.0. You can download and install it via the below download link. This is still in early stage.
Install Elza Browser on Ubuntu
Elza Browser is available via portable AppImage and native deb package file. You can install it via your command-line terminal application. Download Elza Browser in .AppImage file format from the above download link and save it in your Downloads folder. Open the terminal app (ctrl+alt+t) run below commands one by one.
sudo chmod +x ~ ElzaBrowser.Setup.AppImage
Here “ElzaBrowser.Setup.AppImage” is the downloaded file name.
Install Elza Browser via deb:
Download Elza Browser in .deb package file from top Elza download link and save it on your Downloads folder. And in terminal run below command to install it.
sudo apt install ./Downloads/ElzaBrowser*.deb
