Add Windows XP Start Menu in Windows 10 with Spencer

Spencer is a free and light-weight Windows start menu application for Windows 10. Using Spencer you can create classic Windows XP Start Menu in Windows 10 taskbar. It is a portable application and you don’t need to install. It doesn’t interfere with your current Windows 10 Start Button. So you can access Spencer start menu and the default Windows 10 start menu side by side. It also comes with Control Panel, Administrator command line and Run dialog menu options.

Download Spencer

Download Spencer from the above download link. The download size is less than 1MB. Just extract the downloaded zip file and right click on the Spencer.exe program file inside the extracted folder. Then select Pin to taskbar to pin the app in taskbar.

Now you can access Spencer from Windows 10 taskbar. Just click it and you will get Windows xp styple start menu.

The main and one major downside is you can’t scroll the menu with the mouse wheel. Other wise its a good and easy to use simple Windows xp style start menu.
