Get ready to leave your creative mark on the upcoming Ubuntu 24.04 LTS release, codenamed Noble Numbat, by participating in our Wallpaper Contest! We’re thrilled to invite artists and enthusiasts to submit their original creations for a chance to have their work featured as part of the default wallpapers in the next Ubuntu release.

Two winners will be selected from each category, totaling eight captivating images that will be included as optional wallpapers in Ubuntu 24.04 out-of-the-box.
Competition Guidelines:
To ensure fairness and quality, please adhere to the following rules:
AI-generated artwork will not be considered eligible for submission.
All submissions must be original works of art, and you must hold the rights to the images you submit.
Images must be of full quality, sized at 3840x2160px, preferably in PNG or WebP formats.
Maintain high-quality standards in your submissions, avoiding compression artifacts, pixelation, chromatic aberration, and noise. Please refrain from adding watermarks, names, or logos to your images.
When sharing your submission, include a licensing note indicating your consent to license the image as either CC BY-SA 4.0 or CC BY 4.0.
