Connections Remote Desktop Application

Connections is a free and open source remote desktop client software for Linux. Using Connections, you can view and control other desktops remotely using your pointer and keyboard. You can access Linux, Windows, Mac and also virtual machine desktops remotely. It supports VNC and RDP protocols. Just enable RDP or VNC on your remote and origin systems and connect using this application.

How to install Connections Remote Desktop tool on Ubuntu Linux

You can install Connections app via flatpak from flathub remote. If you don’t have then install it using below link.

Install Flatpak and flathub on Ubuntu

Restart your system after the installation and run this Connections flatpak installation command . It will install the latest versions of Connections remote desktop client app on your system

flatpak install flathub org.gnome.Connections

You can also open Connections app using this command.

flatpak run org.gnome.Connections

And uninstall Connections using this command.

sudo flatpak uninstall org.gnome.Connections
