To create Google+ profile banners

2.Click the upload photo and upload your image. Note that image must be less than 10 MB in file size and only jpg/gif/png. For best results, use an image with 685px width and 125px height.

3.After the successful upload crop the area to use as the banner. And then click render images button.

4.Right-click and select Save image as and save all five images

5.Login your google+ and click the Edit Profile button on Google+.

Direct Connect from Google search

Google has rolled out a new feature called Direct Connect and Google+ pages now appear in search results.Th e new feature direct Connect makes it easy for users to find and follow brands on Google+ via Google Search. Just go to Google and search for [+], followed by the page you’re interested in. Example: +Angry Birds . Now Direct Connect works for a limited number of pages (like +Google, +Pepsi, and +Toyota).

Google has finally rolling out Google+ Pages worldwide that allowing businesses and brands to join Google’s social network. For businesses and brands, Google+ pages help you connect with the customers and fans who love you. Not only can they recommend you with a +1, or add you to a circle to listen long-term. They can actually spend time with your team. All you need to do is start sharing, and you’ll soon find the super fans and loyal customers.

Now only one person from a company can maintain Google+ pages.
