Quiet Audio Fade or Quiet AF is a free and open source system tray application for Linux and Windows which slowly decreases your computer system volume bit by bit over time and letting you find the quietest working volume level for you. It is really a nice concept and it maybe save our hearing. If you increase your computer volume then the app disable itself and fix your volume at the correct level.
