PDF Tricks is a free and open source PDF manipulation application for Linux. It is written in Vala. Using PDF Tricks, you can compress PDF files with multiple resolutions, split PDF with page ranges, merge and convert PDF files to image and more. It is based on Ghostscript.
How to install PDF Tricks on Ubuntu Linux
PDF Tricks is available as a flatpak package file format from the remote flathub store repository. If you don’t have then, first install flatpak and flathub on your system and restart it after the installation .Just follow below flatpak and flathub installation tutorial for instructions.
Now open the terminal application using the ctrl+alt+t keys and run below PDF Tricks app flatpak installation command. It will install the latest version of PDF Tricks on your system.
flatpak install flathub com.github.muriloventuroso.pdftricks
After that run below command in the terminal to run PDF Tricks.
flatpak run com.github.muriloventuroso.pdftricks
And uninstall PDF Tricks using below commands.
sudo flatpak uninstall com.github.muriloventuroso.pdftricks
