Parley is a free and open source vocabulary trainer application for Linux. Using parley you can improve your vocabulary. It will really help you if you learn a new foreign language. It comes with may language support, flash Cards. Mixed Letters, Written and more. It is based on spaced repetition learning method. It is released under GNU General Public License v2.0 or later.
How to install Parley on Ubuntu Linux
Parley is available as a snap and flatpak package files from snap store and flathub. In your terminal app (ctrl+alt+t) run this command to install the latest version of Parley on your system.
sudo snap install parley
After the installation you can open Parley using this command or via the application menu.

You can uninstall Parley snap using
sudo snap remove parley
Install Parley via Flatpak:
You need to install flatpak on your system if you don’t have on your system. Follow below link for the installation instructions.
How to Install Flatpak and Flathub
In the terminal software (ctrl+alt+t) run below Parley flatpak install command.
flatpak install flathub org.kde.parley
And open the app using
flatpak run org.kde.parley
And uninstall Parley flatpak using
sudo flatpak uninstall org.kde.parley
