No Air installation,now like a standard Windows application.
fresh and new look.
orange and black logo is replaced by a blue Twitter bird.
Every tweet now starts with a boldface name.
All links are Twitter blue inside each tweet.
a larger blue tweet button, which launches a tweet input pop-up window.

Diego Rivera’s 125th birthday google doodle

The search giant Google is celebrating the 125th birthday of Diego Rivera with an google doodle on its homepage. Diego Rivera (December 8, 1886 – November 24, 1957) was a prominent Mexican painter born in Guanajuato, Guanajuato, an active communist, and husband of Frida Kahlo (1929–1939 and 1940–1954). His large wall works in fresco helped establish the Mexican Mural Movement in Mexican art. Between 1922 and 1953.

Nokia updates its Maps 3D web service with navigation, sharing, new search options. To enable nokia maps 3D, choose the view and select 3D view.And then install the browser extension. After the successful installation restart your browser. what’s new?

now offer 3D imagery of 25 cities around the world.
enter addresses as well as names of businesses and points of interests.
The new search results will show details such as pictures, reviews, business hours, specials and ratings.

Create Desktop shortcuts in ubuntu 11.10

To create Desktop shortcuts in ubuntu 11.10,gnome-panel package is required first.

1.Open Terminal.To open terminal click the Dash home from unity launcher.And type terminal in the search field. And click Terminal.

2.Type the below code in terminal and hit enter.

sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends gnome-panel

3.Then type below code in terminal and hit enter

gnome-desktop-item-edit ~/Desktop/ --create-new

3.The create lancher window will pop-up,Type application name in the name field and type application name or path or browse in the command field. And click Ok button.
