How to install Komodo Edit on ubuntu 12.04

Komodo Edit is free and open-source code editor for JavaScript, Perl, PHP, Python, Ruby and Tcl, on Linux, Mac OS X and Windows.

To install Komodo Edit on ubuntu 12.04

1.Go to Komodo Edit download page and download the latest Linux version AS Package. (like Komodo-Edit-7.1.0-10496-linux-x86.tar.gz ).

Copy your downloaded Komodo Edit .tar.gz file to your Desktop.

Open Terminal.To open terminal click the Dash home from unity launcher.And type terminal in the search field.And click Terminal.

Type the below code in terminal and hit enter.

Google has acquired iOS and Mac email client Sparrow.according to Sparrow, Sparrow’s developers will now be joining the Gmail team to accomplish a bigger vision.Sparrow mail client would continue to be supported and critical bugs and security issues would be patched but but no new features will be added.

Bing adds 215 terabytes of new images

Microsoft has announced in a blog post that it has added a 215 terabytes of new satellite and Global Ortho images to the Bing Maps database. United States and features certain areas in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Tokyo. The total area covered in this data release is nearly 230,004 square kilometers and consists of  over 1.1 million files.
