126th Anniversary of the public opening of the Eiffel Tower google doodle

Google is celebrating 126th Anniversary of the public opening of the Eiffel Tower with a new doodle on its homepage. The Eiffel Tower is an iron lattice tower located on the Champ de Mars in Paris. It was named after the engineer Gustave Eiffel, whose company designed and built the tower.Eiffel Tower was open to the public in Paris on March 31, 1889.

Microsoft has released Windows 10 Technical Preview build 10049 through fast ring Windows Update.

What’s new in this build?

New Project Spartan browser, default browser in Windows 10.
New rendering engine called Edge.
Cortana is one of the main features included with Spartan,
Reading List and Reading View
inking support.

FileZilla Client 3.10.3 is now available for download. What’s new in this release?

Now available in 64bit Windows.
Users of 32bit FileZilla on 64bit Windows will get automatically migrated using the auto-updater.
Added option to enable SFTP compression.
Minimum timeout value is now 10 seconds.
If saving passwords is disabled, don’t ask for the password again after connecting via the quickconnect bar and then starting a download via drag&drop.

Ubuntu Vivid Vervet is scheduled for release in 23rd April 2015 and the end of life date is january 2016.

Safe Browsing now available to developers

Google Safe Browsing Program Manager Emily Schechter announced that Google’s unwanted software data is now available for other browser makers and developers. Safe Browsing is a Google service that enables applications to check URLs against Google’s constantly updated lists of suspected phishing, malware, and unwanted software pages.
