GIMP 2.8.4 is now available for download.What’s new in this release?

Fixes:
Move the OSX gimpdir to “~/Library/Application Support”
Better names for the default filters in save and export
Make tool drawing (esp. the brush outline) much more responsive
Remember the “maximized” state across sessions
Simplify the splash image code a lot, makes it appear immediately again
Allow the text tool to start on an image without layers
Various fixes for text style attribute handling
Set unconfigured input devices to eraser if GTK+ says they are erasers
Make language selectable in Preferences on OSX

AMPPS 2.0 is now available for download.AMPPS is an Apache, PHP, MySQL, Perl, Python and Softaculous STACK for desktops and office servers (localhost).

PHP 5.4 now for Mac too.
Added Task Manager for Endusers.
Added Error Logging system of Softaculous AMPPS which can be accessed from Softaculous Admin Panel.
Apache Modules can be configured from Enduser Panel now.
Basic PHP Configuration can be configured from Enduser Panel now.
Autoindexing in httpd.conf is now shifted in httpd-autoindex.conf
SSL Configuration is now shifted in httpd-ssl.conf from httpd-vhosts.conf

According to twitter’s Director of Information Security Bob Lord their security systems were breached and information for around 250,000 accounts including usernames, email addresses, session tokens and encrypted/salted passwords may have been accessed.
