Sometimes Google Earth will not work correctly due to some cache issues. On that time you can troubleshoot your Google earth via below method.
Open the Google earth application and navigate to the File menu and click the Server Sign Out.
Then go to Tools->Options->Cache tab. Here you can get the Delete cache file option. just click that button.
And click yes to confirm the deletion.
Then click Apply and Ok to exit that window.
Now go to File and click Server Sign in to start receive Google earth data. that’s all.
