Komikku is a free and open source manga reader application for Linux. Using Komikku you can read manga and comics from dozens of servers online and also offline. It is released under GNU General Public License v3.0. It comes with CBZ and CBR file formats support and RTL, LTR, Vertical and Webtoon reading modes. Some other features are dark more, automatic update and automatic download of new chapters and all your reading history and more.
How to Install Komikku on Ubuntu Linux
Komikku is available as a flatpak package file from the remote flathub. First install flatpak and flathub on your system and restart it after the installation.
After that open the terminal app using the ctrl+alt+t keys and run below Komikku flatpak installation.
flatpak install flathub info.febvre.Komikku
It will install the latest version of Komikku on your system. You can start it using below command.
flatpak run info.febvre.Komikku
And uninstall it using below command.
sudo flatpak uninstall info.febvre.Komikku
That’s it.
