WP Open Graph Meta is a free wordpress plugin to add Facebook Open Graph Meta Elements to blog posts/pages to avoid no thumbnail, wrong title/description issue.

To install WP Open Graph Meta

Login to wordpress (wp-admin).
In your admin dashboard click plugins and select Add New.
Type WP Open Graph Meta in the search field and click Search Plugins button.
Install WP Open Graph Meta.
After the successfully Installation click the activate Plugin link to activate the plugin.
