Apple announced that Mac OS X Mountain Lion had been downloaded more than 3 million times in 4 days. According to Apple, this is the most successful Mac OS X release in apple’s history. Mountain Lion, the ninth major release of mac os is now available for $19.99.

Apple released a developer preview of their new operating system, Mountain Lion. OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion will be available in summer 2012.
