GoDaddy Sold

Godaddy has been sold to private equity firms KKR & Co., Silver Lake Partners and Technology Crossover Ventures for a (companies declined to provide a purchase price) $2.25 billion(Sources). From 2009 to 2010 GoDaddy’s sales grew by 25% to $947 million, and the company projects its figure for 2011 to be $1.1 billion.

Google labs has launched a new service called Google swiffy. Google swiffy is web-based tool that allows developers to easily convert Adobe Flash animation SWF files into HTML5.
