Notepad++ 6.4.5 released

Fix a regression on recent files history.
Fix a crash issue while there’s missing tag in functionList.xml.
Fix UTF-8 (w/o BOM) detection bug.
Fix line numbers space problem while folding.

Mozilla firefox 23 stable is now available for download from Mozilla’s FTP site. It is currently not available on the firefox official homepage.
