Android M developer preview comes with some improved android permissions features. It allows users to control the app permissions this release. Now apps needs to trigger requests for permissions at run time only. Also google added the App links feature. Using this you can add an auto Verify attribute to your app manifest so that users can be linked deep into your native app without any prompt. Microsoft has released Office Lens for Android smartphones.Office Lens is a scanner app that trims, enhances, and makes pictures of whiteboards and docs readable and convert images to PDF, Word and PowerPoint files.
