Indian Prime Minister Narendra Damodardas Modi launched new Digital Health ID system for all people living in India and you can create the new Health ID himself using new Indian government website portal. It is part of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission and National Digital Health Mission. Using this Indian Digital Health ID, you can manage, store and share all you health records, reports, medical prescriptions digitally.
Health ID will be a 14-digit unique number similar to the Aadhaar and it is free to create it. Follow below steps to create it.
Create New Digital Health ID Card Online
Go to the below ndhm Indian government website and click Create your Health ID” button given at the top-right corner of the website. Start the registration process

You can create Health ID using your Aadhaar number [Generate via Aadhaar] or via your mobile [I don’t have Aadhaar / I don’t want to use my Aadhaar for creating Health ID]. Aadhaar is not compulsory to create your health ID.
During the process you will receive OTP to confirm the verification purpose.
You can also create Health ID using NDHM Health Records android application. Download the app from Play Store from below link.

You can also temporarily deactivate or permanently delete your Health ID from the system.
