How to Install Franz on Ubuntu
Franz is available as a portable AppImage and native deb package file format. Download Franz in .AppImage file format and save it on your Downloads folder. Open the terminal application (ctrl+alt+t) and run below commands one by one. Here “Franz-5.9.2.AppImage” is the downloaded file name. You can change below commands based on your downloaded file name.
cd Downloads
sudo chmod +x ~ Franz-5.9.2.AppImage
./Franz-5.9.2.AppImage
Install Franz via DEB:
Download Franz in .deb package file format and save it on your Downloads folder. In the terminal software run below command to install Franz
sudo apt install ./Downloads/franz_5.9.2_amd64.deb
