Cecilia is a free and open source audio editor and audio signal processing environment for Linux, Windows and MacOS. This application mainly for sound designers. Using this application you can create and mix and edit sounds and create your own GUI using a simple syntax. It comes with original built-in modules and presets for sound effects and synthesis.
