How to install Latest Google Earth Pro on Ubuntu

Google Earth Pro is a free desktop application for Windows, MacOS and Linux that renders a 3D representation of Earth based on satellite imagery. Here you can import and export GIS data, and go back in time with historical imagery.

Install Google Earth Pro Free on Ubuntu

Download Google Earth

Go to the above download link and download the latest version of Google Earth Pro free and save it on your Downloads folder. Now open the terminal software (ctrl+alt+t) and run below commands.

Google Earth Pro download

cd Downloads
sudo dpkg -i google-earth-pro-stable_current_amd64.deb

Here “google-earth-pro-stable_current_amd64.deb” is the downloaded fle name. You can change this command based on your file name. After that run

sudo apt install -f

After that you can open it from the application search menu or via below command.

google-earth-pro
